This wasn't the best deal I've found on overstock.com but the product has serviced me for several years. The first bag's handle broke recently and appears no way to fix, sadly. I travel a lot so I guess it is intended for casual use and not road warrior as I am. The zippers and canvas covers have held up well to the abuse the airlines dish out these days.

We haven't gone on a extensive vacation for over 15 years. These bags brought my family up to date on what we needed for our overseas trip. They were lined, had compartments, and with the exception of the biggest one coming loose at the seams, held up during our travels. These bags didn't stay parked in a hotel room they went all over Thailand:)

I love this luggage. Really wanted spinners but they were to expensive....love love live this set, I got the burt orange color.

Bought this set for my son in college. He was very impressed and says they look very expensive. Since Christmas he has made 3 airline trips with them and they still look great and are undamaged. Can't beat the price

I am very disappointed in the quality of this product and this purchase altogether. After only the second time of using it - the Leather handle broke and is useless. Now instead of getting it fixed or replaced where I purchased it I have the hassel of contacting the manufacturer to TRY to get a replacement or refund. That should be fun. No more purchasing for me from Overstock.com!

The first use of these suitcases resulted in a huge rip down the zippered front edge. I was able to write to Overstock when it occurred and they promptly sent out another bag. I'm just worried that this will continue with use. Overstock is awesome, Traverler's Choice, not so much.

How can I get a replacement wheel? This set was a birthday gift and it fell apart the first time she used it, flying to/from Rhode Island. Very disappointing.

This was a great buy! Why spend tones of money on luggage that is going to be tossed around and ruined in a year or 2. If for any reason this luggage gets ruined, no big deal because it was such a great price.

the order was accurate, the product was as described, the delivery was extremely fast ~ 3 days not weeks. However, after taken out on the very first trip, both handles on the carry on and the 29-inch broke off. I can understand if the 29-inch suitcase was too heavy hence the handles broke off. But for the handle on the carry on to also break off, the product obviously had defect in the materials or the product was poorly designed. I'll try and get replacements.

Got the orange color! Great luggage, held up on my vacation! No rips or tears made it there and back! Good size and quality! Great price! Hope they hold up for any years to come! They have the straps that lock together making them easier to wheel through the airport. Good purcase!

Granted, it's not an expensive luggage set. But is it too much to expect it to last a couple of years? We've used the largest bag maybe 4 times. Now the handle will not come out. It's locked up tight and no amount of fussing with it will move it. What a waste.

The first time I used the luggage the largest of the suitcases broke immediately. It was not full or by any means stuffed or heavy (several pounds lighter than an airline limit). The first time I picked up the suitcase (before even leaving on a trip) the metal used to secure the top handle bent and ripped and now a sharp edge sticks out of the handle. The fabric is cheap and flimsy and the handle is unusable. I ended up trying to use the extendable handle and now that has broken also, the top bar has come completely off and two sharp bars constantly stick out of the top of the suitcase. This has ONLY happened for the largest of the suitcases in the set, the rest seem to work fine and have not broken yet. My husband and I took all of them on a month long trim (dealing with the broken handles on the largest) and they withstood the travel. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone. Splurge on something that you know is not going to fall apart. It's not fun to deal with a broken suitcase while traveling.

The suit cases were just what my relitives needed for their trip and the right color. I ordered the orange because I wanted them to be able to see their luggage as it goes around the belt at airport. It turns out it is my stepson's favorite color. durable luggage.

We bought this set for our daughter and son-in-law for Christmas. The luggage looked very nice, was lightweight and they were thrilled with it. Last week we were loading up the car for a trip. When they picked up the large suitcase, the handle ripped off. Upon inspection, you could see where the manufacturer had only attached the rivets to one of the premade holes inside the handle that holds it to the suitcase. The luggage didn't even make it to the airport before it fell apart! Very disappointing. Will be contacting the manufacturer this week.
