I ordered this item last week. While I received the suitcase within an appropriate time-frame, it was not the correct suitcase that was delivered. Yes it was a polka dot suitcase, and yes it was a rolling suitcase. However, it was NOT the correct brand. I paid for a Heys suitcase and received a Travel Companion suitcase. Not only did I pay 89.99 for this item, when I opened the Travel Companion luggage the price tag attached said 49.99. Terrible customer service trying to resolve the issue. I do not recommend ordering this item- you don't know what you will actually receive. Additionally, it won't let me select a "poor" rating. The lowest option Overstock allows is "fair". Lame.

I was disappointed with this product. Overstock had a timely shipment, and like the other reviewer, had no problem with the receipt of the product. The issue is that the description said Heys, but it was a Travel Concepts luggage (from Heys, but the tags did not mention Heys). Also, what was frustrating was that the price tag on the luggage was almost half the cost of what I paid for it on o.co. I not only wasn't getting the Heys luggage and emblem I thought I was getting, but I also paid more for a product than was offered on the price tag. Disappointed with the luggage and am returning it immediately. Wish I had something more positive to say.
