  We were getting ready for a long plane ride. Ordered 2 of the EuroCOZY sets. We received one + a SportCOZY. Did not look at the product until the day before we left for our trip. Customer service was very responsive but had no record of SportCOZY's in their system so could not take the product back or credit our account for the difference in price. We were given a few O rewards as compensation but was still a little disappointed. The product was as advertised, so at least one of us was comfortable during our 14 1/2 hour flight.

  Travelon digital scale is accurate so you have the peace of mind that your luggage will not tip the scale at the airport. Small enough to take along while traveling. Would highly recommend!!
