Good company
Although my order was for a backpack with a lap top case and that wasn't what I received . The company was very prompted and gracious in helping resolve the problem. Because of their ability to fix a problem promptly and efficiently I would consider buying from this company again. And I would recommend it to a friend.

To Small For College Student
Purchased this backpack for my husband to use for college. The backpack would not fit his 17" laptop (like advertised) nor could he fit even a couple of his books even without a laptop being in it. If you are purchasing this for school I would not recommend, but if you do not need to carry much in it the quality seemed to be fairly decent. I can say for sure as we returned it.

Just what I needed for the right price
Swiss makes a good laptop bag. Has the air vents to keep laptop cool. Great comfort! I fell in love with these bags when my job got them and wanted my own, but the $90 version was to much for my pocket. This was a great compromise. Doesn't have the padded slip for laptop which is cool because mine would be to big for the $90 version anyway. You can just buy your own slip.
