This bag was perfect to give my boyfriend who works two jobs and had to change in between. He can keep his laptop and a change of clothes all in one bag! It was exactly what I was looking for.
I gave this bag to my fiance. He loves it! Great quality and very functional.

Too many bells and whistles. Various straps and stitching keep falling apart. Even on the first day of owning it, if you put too much heavy stuff in it the strap would get longer and longer- incredibly annoying.

I've had this bag just over a year now with heavy usage. I am replacing it now. Here are my problems with it, with the first two being the deal breakers. 1. The reflector strips that go down the front have had their outer reflector coating break into pieces. They aren't flexible enough. This is fairly detrimental to the appearance of the bag. 2. The laptop sleeve which gets heavy use from me is only two large sheets of foam lined areas sewed together. There is no real side or *bottom* protection. 3. The entire side strap has in the past broken off from the bag. The strap had to be reattached by putting it through a sewing machine. 4. The strap adjustment latch does come loose every now and then, but this isn't too big a problem. I haven't had any other problems with it. The bag is still in decent shape otherwise. It is packed with pockets, nooks and crannies large and small and I like the file organizer in the main compartment. But because I want a bag that pads a thousand dollar device properly and doesn't appear to be overused in a month I would recommend against it's purchase.
