So far, I'm enjoying this bag. I haven't tried a 17" laptop, but the 15.6" one I have fits fine. Can't get the cord in the bag, though, with all the other notebooks and files I carry. I intended this to be a glorified laptop sleeve, which it will be when I get a bigger rolling bag. Until then, I stuff it pretty full and it holds up well.The bag is a sturdy nylon denier type material with brown leather-like handles. It leans a little closer to pink than true red, but I still like it. All the outside and inside pockets are great for organization. There's 2 outside pockets with a velcro closure, a front zip pocket with lots of places for your mouse, pens, business cards, etc. That pocket could stand to be bigger, but it works. Inside, the front zippered section has a divider, and then the laptop goes in the back zippered section, with a strap that comes across and velcros. There's room in there for files, too, plus one long and 2 smaller thin pockets built into the fabric. The inside fabric is your typical shiny black laptop bag fabric.Overall a great bag and good value. I would recommend.

I bought this bag for my new 15.4 inch MacBookPro. Great for travel. Plenty of room for the computer, accessories, magazines, wallet, etc. Stylish and fits well under the plane seat. Could use a bit more padding to protect the computer. I may get a sleeve for added cushioning. Overall, a good bag with a some fashion sense (who wants a boring black bag?).

I love this tote!! I looked at other totes and this one is definately for the ladies!! Very feminine looking. Has more than one compartment for cords,cds, etc.It was also delivered very quickly!!

Bag shipped in no time. Bag color says red but, when I received the bag it's more rose then red. I like that the straps are leather. Very nice look. Overall, bag is very large and can hold my 17' laptop and accesories very well with room to spare.

This product was much more than I expected. As a matter of fact, I will be ordering another for the other laptop in the office. The tote is of excellent quality and holds so much more than just the laptop itself. The leather handles add the extra "professional quality" that looks great, no matter where your seminar is !! You can't go wrong with this item or the price either!!

I looked everywhere in the stores for a tote for a large laptop, but couldn't find one! I realized that I probably should have shopped online from the beginning, and I was right. This tote not only fits, but it's less expensive than the smaller totes I was finding in the stores. I will definitely be checking this site first from now on!

I have been having a difficult time finding a bag that can accomodate a 17inch laptop. You are the first to have one at an affordable price; and it matches my luggage. The quality is surprizeingly good also.

This is a great bag. I have a 17 inch lap top and it fit it great. Plus I have room for anything that goes with the bag. Would recommend this bag to anyone. I will be traveling to Washington State with this bag and pc. Can't wait

Overall I'm very happy with this bag. It's a little larger than I had expected but it works well for me. It holds my 17" lap top without issue. It has two "large" interior compartments. One side has a divider and velcro for holding your lap top - you could also fit thin documents or a folder on this side. The other side is also divided into two, has a full around zipper, and one side of this section has several smaller pockets. A good place for cords / mouse / etc.There is one larger outside pocket (I have a spiral notebook in it but you could probably put quite a bit more in it) that side is "open" and closes only with velcro. The other outside pocket is smaller but has a zipper (good for keys, cell phone, pens, calculator, etc.)The fabric, pulls and straps seem to be of a nice quality that will hold up well. Note that the straps and trim are chocolate brown (not black as it may look on some monitors).

I have been shopping for a laptop bag that doesn't look like one since I worry about my computer getting stolen since I travel a lot on the subway. The straps are long and it holds so many things beside my computer. Teaching I have lots of papers and school supplies and it fits it all. It is quite comfortable. I get compliments all the time on it and a few of my friends have even bought it. The price is great too. I bought it in red and even contemplating buying it in black too.

Nice value for the money. This bag is well made. Plenty of room for my laptop and all of the accessories. The straps are just long enough to put over my shoulder.

A very attractive laptop tote that easily holds my 17" MacBook Pro with room for much more. I bought a protective sleeve as well, since there is little padding for protection.

I bought this as a Holiday Present for a young lady who is a graduate student as well as working full time , and she told me that I scored with the color. That it was very "classy". I see her using it, and she does not even need to carry a pocketbook. It sure saves space -and hands - a good thing when you have to cope with coat, hat, gloves, lunch, etc. in the winter. Nice product.

It's not exactly what I was expecting, hence the overall rating of four stars, but will suffice until I find THE laptop bag I'm looking for. I've been on a month-long quest (stopping at MANY stores) to find a reasonably priced bag that will fit a 17" widescreen laptop and look like a purse. Like most others, it's not been an easy task. The picture made me think it wasn't your typical padded laptop case similar to most black, nylon cases; but it is, red being the difference.

I have been looking for a new bag for my 17" laptop and they are about impossible to find and the ones I did find were so expensive. This bag is great. It has plenty of compartments for storage and it's not as heavy as a lot of laptop bags. I would recommend this bag and the price was great! It took no time to get it either!!
