Sumdex NUN-715 AirCube 15-inch MacBook Sleeve

I was just looking for a protective case for my 15" MacBook Pro for when I carried it around in my briefcase. This is great-- not bulky, yet will protect it from scratches and bumps. It also has a little handle for when I need to carry it separately. It does fit the computer snugly but I can fit my cord/plug in it too.

I was looking for a highly protective, waterproof case for a 13" laptop. The thick plastic surface is a quilted bilayer containing large air pockets. It's fairly protective. The back surface is a synthetic material, roughly 1cm non-absorptive padding, and of reasonable protective value. I'll use Scotch-Brite to keep water out. The zipper works very well, and the case is light. It can fit up to a 15" laptop, though is suitable for the 13". I'm satisfied, and would recommend it to others.

Simple, great fit for my MacBook Pro, looks cool. Gave it 5 stars because it looks and functions exactly as pictured. Two suggestions for the manufacturer (same for all of the similar sleeves): 1. Make a detachable shoulder strap, and 2. Add a side pocket to hold the charger/cord. I realize the side pocket would make it a little bigger, but I always hate that I have to have another place to carry the cord. If it's positioned properly, the additional pocket for the charger would not impair the ability to send it through security in the bag.

This laptop protector is much more than the usual sleeve. It's made of recessed plastic outside with foam on the inside. I keep my laptop in it whenever I'm not using the computer. Since I'm normally a clumsy person, I feel much more secure knowing my laptop is safe -- even if I step on it!.
