Although this case DOES hold a 15.4" laptop as described, the laptop pictured is obviously a much smaller one. Don't expect any room for your mouse or power cord on the right as shown. The laptop fills the ENTIRE top section with not a fraction of an inch to spare.

This was a great value for the price, but it also fit my needs. I am a small person, and I wanted a computer bag to protect my laptop - and had some storage - but was not too big, or heavy. This bag holds my laptop, power adapter, mouse, pad, paper notebook and a few files perfectly. Just what I needed - in a size and weight I can carry comfortably.

overall the bag is nice, just wish it was a bit larger for the power cord.

Makes my toting much, much easier! Carries papers, notebooks, pens, chargers, etc. Many pockets, cubbies for organizing. Maybe should have bought a little bit bigger briefcase so I could put the mouse next to the computer but it fits in a pocket so that's okay. I definitely like it. Nothing fancy (ie. leather) but works for me right now.

I am so happy and comfortable carrying this sumdex brief laptop bag I can put all together my necessary stuff to travel. I went to New York last September 27 and I just carry this bag itself even purse I did not bring everything is in the bag my little clothes, files, laptop and my personal items it will fit to it so convenient for me and for sure I canot lost some of my stuff because I just carry all my things in one time my hands is free because I just carry the bag all around my shoulder. Before when I traveled I have so many stuffs to carry my purse and my laptop I almost lost my laptop when I went to San Francisco because at the airport the security did not give back my laptop and I also forgot. But now I will not forget anymore because it is all in one. Thank you so much overstock company. Besides the price is worth for it.

This is very lightweight with a ton of different pockets/compartments. Very comfortable to carry. The only problem is that there is only one strap inside to hold the laptop in place. Other than that, great value.

Good price for a pretty solid computer bag. Holds my 15.4 just about perfectly. I like the bag because it is thin. If you want a thin, light bag that holds the computer, power supply and maybe a few other things this is a great bag. It's got the shoulder strap, a nicely padded handle, a few pockets and metal zipper connectors. Delivery was very fast also.

I read the review from one person who did say there wasn't room for their 15.4" laptop and power cord as shown in the picture - unfortunately, this is correct. My Gateway 15.4 fits but there is no room for the power cord to be placed next to it. However, it fits fine in the front envelope pocket. For the price, it is very well made and has just the right amount of pockets for my needs. I really like the tailored streamlining of it and do not regret purchasing it.

This is my fourth Sumdex laptop case. 3 of them were this same case as I ordered one each for my college age children as well as one for my husband. Great quality in workmanship, lots of padding and fits Dell Inspiron as well as Acer and HP laptops.

I know that this is described as a laptop computer brief case but I purchased it for a 10" portable DVD player. Needless to say it fit perfectly and this is with all of the other accessories (earphones, cables etc.) The over all quality is very good and the price is even better. This certainly solved my problem of storage for the unit and now I am able to carry the unit anywhere without the fear of damage. Thanks Overstock again for another great value.

Bought this for our portable DVD player because most cases are too small to hold everything. Really like the briefcase style because we don't have to remove the DVD player to watch a movie. Good quality, well made and an excellent price.
