    • Hello Carolina, the wheels are plastic. This item features a black, polyester material. IT comes with a padded compartment for laptops up to approximately 17.3 inches. It also features a front zippered pocket, a front zip-down organizer section, file pocket, padded carry handles, but no accordion file. Thank you for shopping with us!
