Although the size was bigger than I was expecting, I still think it was the best backpack purse for me and my tablet - even though it's got twice as much space as I need. I'm having issues with the straps. First, they want to slide off my shoulders, second I need to put more holes in the straps to lift the purse to a proper carrying position. Once I do this, I will have unattractively long tails at the buckles. The phone pouch barely fits my iPhone in its case, and the snap won't close due to phone height. (The case is thicker than most.)
