Wonderful bag
I love thiis , I like that I can use it backpack method if I am walking to the store or sling it over my shoulder whichever is appropriate at the time and the zipper in the back allows me to put money or keys without having to open the entire bag

Strap could've been longer
I was pleased with the quality and workmanship. However, when it comes to backpacks it would be nice if Overstock would have a picture of a average size woman using the backpack on her back. So you can visualize what it looks like, how small, how short etc. To me the shoulder straps could've been a little longer. I'm not sure if it was made for a teenager or a tiny woman. Overstock should also state the length of the shoulder strap that would be a BIG HELP!
