We really took our time looking for the "perfect" bag. We travel for 2 weeks at a time. We wanted something that was lightweight, which this is, and sturdy, which this seems to be. Also, a big selling point for us was that the bag has front stands so it will stand up alone when you are in line etc. The back wheels are a plus also. All in all, I would say we have found a perfect product in this bag.

Inspected but not yet used. As such I can only provide this preliminary review.

We needed a light weight rolling duffel for a trip with difficult transfers and unusual airline weight restrictions in remote places. This duffel is light, spacious and well constructed. Now that we've got them, we'll probably use them all the time.

Very nice quality for the price...my daughter travels quite frequently and she liked the idea that she could tightly (not clumsily like on many other rolling bags) secure another bag on top as she pulled this one.

I like the expandable feature of this bag very much! It also do not take-up much storage room; this bag collaspes easily when nothing is paked in it. This is very helpful because we need the extra space the bag makes available. YEA!!! The outside of the bag is attractive; it appears durable ... for sure.

A real plus for this bag is the amount it will hold. I did get to pack it but since our trip was cancelled, didn't get to see how it would hold up during airline handling. (they can tear up almost anything) I loved the light weight since the airlines have tightened up their restrictions. When we get to use it, I might upgrade to a five star rating if it holds up well.

I bought this bag specifically to go on a sailing trip. I needed a lightweight, soft, stowable bag to accommodate limited storage on a boat and yet hold everything I needed for a 20 day trip. This bag did not dissapoint me. It's a good size, easy to manage, rolls easily and the handle/bag is of a good height to make it easy to roll (I've had bags with handles that are too short and hence difficult to manage). I didn't need to use the expansion - but did note that the expansion is relatively limited (adds height to the bag). There are two front pockets which is nice for books, etc. The bag stores flat with the wheels being the largest part. But, it stowed easily in a sailboat locker so all was well. It was perfect for my needs.

I love this rolling duffel. The only thing that I think would make it better is some extra pockets or compartments. There is a small, shallow pocket on the outside of the duffel and a very small one in the inside. However, it is very roomy for its size and easy to travel with. Overall, I really like this product.

Researched and researched what lightweight rolling duffel to buy. We are going on a monthlong trip to Italy and France so I needed something spacious and really light -- this is it! My husband, Mr. Picky Luggage Guy, is having me order one for him -- that is the highest compliment I can give this bag!

This is my second purchase for saks duffle 31 expandable. . My husband liked mine so much that he wanted one for him self. Great for non air travel with expandable top. Easy to maneuver. Attractive & substantial looking. Yellow bindings helps to identify your luggage on carousel.

I am using this bag for a 12-night trip to Europe in November. I travel often and am very efficient at packing. This bag has so much capacity for it's size. I have practice-packed and can fit everything I need into this bag, including an A.Saks 22-inch collapsible carry-on, stuffed on the inside edge, which I will fill with souvenirs and check on the return. This 20-inch bag is well stitched, has great wheels and a sturdy pull-out handle. I bought one for my husband who is 6'2", and also bought a Travelon handle extender, since I read the handle on this 20-inch rolling duffel was too short. It appears to be pretty long to me with 2-settings. I am 5'4" and do like the bag fully extended so perhaps the handle extender was a good call. This bag will be perfect since it does not need to be checked. It is lightweight for train travel. I will also be able to easily stuff it under my bed on my river cruise boat after unpacking since it actually folds down when not filled. I am not sure how it will hold up yet, but am eager to rest it out in 6-weeks.

This bag was larger than I thought it would be. The quality was pretty good and it is a very cute bag and my daughter loved it. I would recommend this. Being a duffle bag it is nice as it lets you roll or carry it and it expands pretty well.

This bag withstood the rough treatment of the airlines and expanded to hold more items. It met the carry-on measurements which avoided the checked baggage process. I would recommend this bag to anyone looking for a great carry-on bag with a lot of room.

Bought this for my college age son who came home at Christmas packed in two small bags He needed a larger bag that was light and expandable...this was perfect. It came in plenty of time for him to use prior to going back to school and he loved being able to get everything including his christmas gifts in one bag for trip home.

I love the multiple exterior pockets on this duffel bag -- it gives easy access to small items that would otherwise fall to the bottom of the main storage cavity. Plus, it expands the amount of 'stuff' you can pack in this duffel. Quality is very good -- I wasn't expected high quality at such a low price, but the durability has been great. I have purchased this duffel in 3 different colors already, and recommended it to a friend who also bought one.

This duffel bag works very well as an extra suitcase. It takes a corner of a regular suitcase (but takes too much of a carry-on to be useful) and opens to a full size bag, with wheels. It doesn't have a full handle, just a strap to pull it, but a real metal handle would take a lot of room and weigh too much. The wheels are sturdy, too. We traveled for a week, shopping all the way, and used this duffel for all our shopping. It even expands a little to hold that very last sweater I couldn't resist. But it has to travel as checked luggage, it is too big to fit in the overhead.
