LOVED THE BAG AND MY NIECE LOVED IT TOO. THE ONLY THING THAT I WOULD MENTION IS THAT, I WOULD NOT ORDER THIS FOR AN ADULT, THE HANDLE IS TO SHORT. IN FACT I DECIDED TO GIVE THIS TO MY OTHER NIECE FOR CHRISTMAS BECAUSE IT WILL SUIT HER MUCH BETTER, SHE'S 7 YEARS OLD. MY OTHER NIECE IS 10 AND DECIDED TO ORDER HER ANOTHER CALPAK FOM YOU GUYS THAT WOULD SUIT HER BETTER.

Room enough for books, small jacket, and lunchbox. Built with sturdy materials, smooth wheels, stylish. I thought the pull handle locks in 2 positions, mid-way for small kids, and all the way up for adults but it doesn't. I know Jansport rolling backpacks do. Anyone know if I got a defective backpack or this is the design?

Love the sturdy bottom. My son had a cheaper rolling backpack last year which developed a large hole in the bottom from constantly scraping the ground (we walk to school every day). My niece had this J World backpack in a different color, which is why I bought this one. I noticed her backpack handle extended higher than her sister's (which was purchased from another well known online retailer for about $20 or $30 more). My niece is using hers again this year. The handle is at a very comfortable height, even for an adult. The handle can also be adjusted to a shorter height for younger kids.

I bought this rolling backpack for my 4th grader because he was loaded down with school books and was starting to get neck and shoulder pain from his regular backpack. Kids have a lot of books and school materials these days and most use a backpack made for an adult - meaning the straps do not adjust enough to position the backpack on the upper back area. Most kids have their packs slung on their backs sitting in the low back area. This puts a tremendous strain on upper back and neck muscles. We found the rolling backpack to be the best alternative. At first we were concerned there would not be enough room for my son's books, water bottle and lunch pack. But everything fits and it's much easier for him to manage all of his things now. It's not perfect, we'd like a little more room, but it's a HUGE improvement over his old backpack. I would highly recommend it.

I don't understand some of the complaints about quality in this roller backpack. It is being used by an adult and not a child. This might explain why the lack of problems. No childlike oblivious destruction of things. It has been holding 25+ pounds of books everyday, being rolled over a slight rocky surface, being carried up stairs.....have had it a month, and no problems. Roomy, many pockets/sections, and the retractable handle is sturdy. The price is excellent. I like that the back straps are zipped away in their own pocket. Nice color, mine is pink, and I am VERY happy.

love the bag. it wheels well. its cute. it has tons of pockets, and it was a great price. Highly recommend it! I think it's made for adults but we chose it for as my 1st grade daughter's school book bag and she is so happy.

I love getting great quality for my money. This bag is nearly perfect. The only negative is when you want to use it as a backpack. It has a flap that stores the backpack straps when not in use. When you choose to use them the flap cannot be closed, leaving it open. Not a huge deal on an adult but it is huge on a child. I bought it for my 5 year old to carry his Kindergarten books in.

I bought this backpack because I injured my neck and can't carry one on my shoulders. I'm an adult college student and the texts are heavy. I found the actual space for books to be really inadequate. The side mesh pockets for water bottles are too short to actually hold the water bottles in them. The bottles actually bounce out of them as you wheel the backpack. The handle is of poor quality and actually broke after only two weeks of use.

Great storage and smooth rolling in this multi-sectioned backback. My only complaint is that the mesh pockets on the side are not quite tall enough to safely carry my traveling coffee cup when the pack is full. Several times I've had to chase the tumblers as they popped out and rolled away. I'd recommend this pack for students or adults as the pullout handle is adequate for anyone up to 6 ft. Taller than that - you might have to add an extension!

High quality and good looking. I read on other reviews that the handle was too short. I want to say the handle is adjustable and there are 2 different settings you can put it on to make the handle either long enough for an adult or short enough for a small child. Too bad the other buyer didn't figure it out and is using it in a too short condition! Anyway, we're very satisfied with the looks, quality and value. I recommend it.

The backpack is rather spacious and sturdy. It appears that it's made of good quality materials, and is represented accurately in the picture and description. In addition I found that the straps were long enough for any sized adult frame and is comfortable when wearing it on your back. I would recommend this and it's a great quality item for value price! I'm very happy with my purchase and will continue to use this website as a source of future purchases.

I bought this for my daughter for school. The pull handle and wheels are both sturdy and the handle raises and lowers easily. Construction seems sturdy and there are plenty of pockets and slots. The formed plastic bottom helps keep things books and papers from crunching around too much, but does make it a slightly tighter squeeze in small places; however it fits in the locker fine. The mesh pockets on the side are (I assume) theoretically for water bottles; but they are not tall enough and a tall/adult size water bottle tends to slip out. My daughter therefore puts her water bottle inside so she doesn't lose it. This is the reason I gave it 4 rather than 5 starts. However, we've had water bottle pocket problems with every backpack we've ever had, so I'm not overly surprised or disappointed. I expect this to work for several years until it's filthy. After four weeks of school it still looks pristine.. For the price, it's worth the money.
