Nice luggage set, poor customer service
I like the luggage set but one of the pieces arrives with a torn zipper. I contacted Overstock Customer Service and it took over two weeks and two phone calls to get them to replace the damaged piece. Thumbs up on the luggage, Thumbs down on Overstock's Customer Service.

- Please tell us about the quality of the product. one of the suitcases arrived with a torn zipper, all the rest were perfect
