I ordered this luggage a few weeks ago and it is very cute. Overall, not sure how well it will hold up in the busy airports but it is definitely substantial for using in overnight and weekend trips.
One trip, took all of the pieces and packed them full.....two frames were bent inwards and dented. The carry on that we took was ripping at the seams by the time I got home from the trip. I think the design is adorable, but...it needs to be more durable.
I bought this luggage for my daughter for her birthday shortly before a trip she was to take. She LOVED the print, and it held up wonderfully through her flights. The fact that the pieces are expandable was a great feature to accomodate all the souvenirs she brought back! And you cannot beat the value. I shopped many websites, and I kept coming back to this one.
Product has great value and apperance. However double check all zippers, handles, and stands. Was missing one of the rivets needed to hold on bottom stand and didn't realize until putting on scale at airport. Needless to say it broke during flight and now will not stand upright. My daughter really liked the pieces and had many complements on it during our trip. It was not a problem finding it on the turnstyle at ariports and could tell they had been just trown around but all held up with that one exception. Will make a great travel set in the future.
I little disappointed after using this for the very first time. The handle broke off when I lifted it from the trunk of my rental car. Not as durabl as it looks.
