My wife and I bought the luggage for our honeymoon to Maui, and were dissappointed after our first flight to find that the "Polo" luggage was damaged. The metal wiring that gives its structure was bent out of place and plastic support underneath the lining was broken on one of the pieces. The luggage looked great coming out of the boxes, lots of storage space, but the retractable handles are a cheap plastic. The lining on the inside of the luggage is cheaply made as well, while the (red) outside was easily blackened. Perhaps we got a bad set, but we were very unhappy with the product. We were pleased with the service of Overstock, but not the quality of the product we received.

I purchased this set about a year ago...a present for myself. And it has not held up at ALL. It has only been on ONE trip and I already had to throw a piece out. The 19 inch carry-on broke before I even made it to the airport...the handle broke so I couldn't pull it. (that is the piece I threw away the handle was plastic and could not be fixed) And the 28 inch upright got a huge tear in the fabric (don't know if airlines fault or not). Also the pieces are heavy by themselves (even without having them packed for a vacation...My husband had to carry everything for me)

I bought this luggage set & have only used it two times & I am ready to buy another new set. It is very cheaply made & rips if rubbed on anything. After a one way trip it looked as thought it had been through 100 trips. The lining has ripped as well. I feel as though I was very mislead when I purchased this set. I paid the same price as listed here but the original MSRP price listed has since been changed significantly. Other than this purchase I have enjoyed shopping on Overstock, I will look elsewhere for luggage however.

The fabric is so thin that when I was loading the luggage into the truck the material ripped. On my first trip another piece of the luggage ripped while one of the other pieces didn't actually "rip" but had very deep scuff marks. Plus, it shows everything, my luggage is virtually brand new and it looks as though I've had it for years! I am very disappointed in the quality of this set!

This luggage is awesome! The red color is beautiful and easy to spot in baggage return. The largest piece is bigger than any luggage piece I think I have ever seen- sure to fit the whole family's stuff if you're going on a short trip. The fabric is very durable and the structure of each bag is sturdy and sure to stand up to many years of wear and tear. I was extremely surprised by what I saw when I opened the box- definitely worth much more than I paid for. By far one of the best purchases I have made all year.

We bought this set of luggage as a gift for our children's anniversary and they have been quite pleased with it. They both travel often, both for business and pleasure and have said that the luggage is very sturdy and quite good looking. My daughter said that if she was picking out luggage for them herself, this is what she would have been looking for. They were thrilled with their gift and we were thrilled that they were happy with it.

This item far exceeded my expectations for the price. This luggage has twice the room I expected when you unzip for additional space. Luggage comparable in price at the local discount stores does not compare to the quality of this luggage set.

I gave this as a gift and they loved it. The best part for them, on their trip they could find the luggage quickly at the airport because of the color.

The appearance and durability is great. This is a great value. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Used this luggage on a recent trip, and was able to bring along more stuff - due to the extra room and easy-glide wheels. Have the khaki set and it has NOT shown airport dirt at all. A little spray oil was needed to unstick an expansion zipper, but still -- 5 pieces for this price? Fabulous.

We have not used the luggage, however, when looking at the suggested price, it was over double what the total of all the price tags still attached to the luggage when received. We were not getting the deal we thought we were and felt mislead.

I was quite pleased with my suitcases. With the exception of one expansion zipper not functioning, everything else was perfect. I travel often and cannot wait to use my new luggage.

I couldn't be more pleased with the Polo luggage set. It is replacing ten year old luggage that my wife thought was O.K. When we unpacked the Polo's she helped me carry out old set to the truck so I could give them away.

The luggage is very nice and roomy. It is made very sturdy and will last a long time. I an happy with my purchase.

I'm quite happy with this luggage set, especially for the price! The size range is more than adequate, and even the carry-on cases are roomy. All the zippers work, too (bonus). I did notice that the handle on the smallest case is a little sticky; you have to manipulate the mechanism to get it to expand or retract. But I'd say overall, a great deal.

The luggage is excellent. The sizes are varied and were capable of accomadating our entire families' clothes for a one week vacation. The suitcases look great too!
