Rick Steves'Travelin Toiletries' 9-inch Toiletry Bag

Got this bag to replace an old one that is not made anymore. Looks to be just a little too small for me, but I will keep it. I will just have to carry my contact lens solutions separate. Overall a nice bag though.

• How accurate was the sizing? Pretty accurate.
• Please tell us about the quality of the product. Looks to be of good quality and nicely built.

I never purchased any Rick Steeves products --though I do so enjoy him on his shows. I am travelling soon myself and needed several bags to hold my things in from toiletries to medications.... I choose this bag because the cost looked good and from the pictures of it that I viewed I really thought it would work well having a large opening and all...................but once I recieved it I realized that ti was NOT to be. The picture of the opening is correst --it is very wide ---but the depth of the thing is JUST about FLAT. Considering it was made for men --perhaps the lite toters bring samples or trial sizes or something of whatever they need. I kept it anyway and will find some use for it....but I went ahead and ordered the normal size mens carry bag from another company and it holds all my medications perfectly. This is one is simply way to small to carry what I deeded. Wide enough but too short in height.

I have bought Rick Steves products before and so was expecting more than I got from this one. The material is fine, though cheap---I'll be interested to see how long the bag holds up. It balances easily, so should hang up anywhere and not fall or tip. It will be easy to keep clean. But it's a bit smaller than what I'm used to, and I've had to work at it to get all my stuff in.

• How accurate was the sizing? The "9 inch" is accurate, but I didn't see any indication of the depth of the bag. I'd like it to be thicker.

Bought this toiletry bag for my husband and it is the perfect bag. Lightweight and just the right size-not too big and not too small. Great separate compartments for storing all your travel needs. Highly recommend this product!
