The size and design were well thought out. I bought one from Ogio, but it ended up too big for my (Ogio) gym bag, left little room for clothes. Plus it was a heavy duty nylon and not plyable to contour to bag. So this bag is smaller and a lighter weight nylon which is better alll around. It fits and is bendable when necessary. The only downside is the hook doesn't have a strop to hold it in place when closed(like the Ogio does). So when you zip it closed, the hangar tends to falll out or you have to stuff it inside. A minor nuisance
