A+ on style, D- on quality
I love the look of this and all the features and compartments. However, the very first time I used it one of the zippers broke. I noticed when packing it that the zippers seemed stiffed and a little WD-40 wouldn't have hurt...in a hurry I didn't lubricate them and while checking my luggage on the return trip, I noticed the front zipper was split (and I didn't even have anything IN that compartment). I would have sent it back, but don't have a box big enough to put it in and hate the "hassle" of returns... BEWARE!

Love It!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Have used this bag only once, but got a whole lot of comments from travelers saying "I like your bags!" One gentleman stated that I would sure know my luggage when it came through and asked me where I bought it and was it expensive. Love the way they roll so easily and being a short person, the handle worked great, was not too tall or too short. Bought the complete set and found all the pieces on sale at a really great savings for being brand new style just out this year. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Perfect and easy to pull upright luggage.
Nice quality, perfect large size I needed, extremely easy to pull in the upright position.

Not too sturdy
I purchased this suitcase because of the 4 spinning wheels for ease through the airport. However the wheels on the bottom keep bending in so it does not roll easily and straight. It tips over very easily. I believe this is due to the unsturdy bottom part of the suitcase. It is however a very easy pattern to spot in the baggage claim area and there was little chance that someone might pick up your bag. For the money I wouldn't recommend this suitcase to others for the difficult that I had pulling it unless you like your suitcase to constantly spin in circles.
