Customer Reviews
Had this backpack for about 4 weeks and the zipper pulls apart and will not stay zipped. I would not recommend this pack as it is not durable.
Very high quality, and compared to other rolling backpacks, very much superior. it's quiet and heavy duty, has just enough space/pockets and I love the way it's designed.
The zipper broke within the first 3 days rendering it unusable to my son. Very frustrating. It is also hard to get his books in and out because the top does not open as widely as needed.
I'm a teacher and pregnant and figured this bag would be a big help rather than carrying my heavy bag with all my books on my shoulder. Comes in very handy except for when I have to go up the stairs (which I didn't think about) and I have to carry it. Only problem is that it doesn't stand straight up, it leans forward. Other than that, it's great!
I bought this for my son who just started middle school. While I admit I didn't spend big bucks on it, by the second week it was already wearing in the corners from the books in the bag. Maybe it's not meant to carry books? My son also told me that the wheels lock up on it sometimes. Kids these days have to carry so much and I so wanted this rolling backpack to work, but I wouldn't recommend it.
