i was nervous to receive my order and feel disappointed, but it was the total opposite. the bag is wonderful, just like in the reviews. it is spacious and the quality is excellent. i have already packed the bag to see if it does hold on to its weight and am very impressed. for a 1st time buyer, i am loving it. one of the best investments i have made so far.

My 17¿ laptop does fit, as advertised on the website, but there is very little room for anything else. Once I have my travel cord and misc. effects in the internal pouches, the briefcase will only accommodate a couple of notepads along with my computer. Most of the time, I can¿t zip it closed. I purchased the neoprene sleeve based on other reviewers¿ recommendations and was glad I did. The padded insert that came with the bag had a tag attached that read it is sized for 15¿ laptops. I took this to mean that this briefcase was not intended for 17¿ laptops, even though one will fit. The quality of the bag is excellent. I just wish it were a little deeper/thicker.

This is large enough even for a big laptop and has lots of useful pockets. It seems to be very well made with good leather, with the exception of the green accent piping on the handles. Unlike the other green accents which are high-grade suede, the handles are accented with a brittle plastic coating which starts to crack noticeably after just one week of use. Not a dealbreaker, but it would be better if the handles were just all black.

I love this bag! I was initially hesitant to order an item from USA but was given confidence in Overstock.com by the review of a UK purchaser, so decided to go for it and so pleased that I did! I was unable to find a tote style leather laptop bag in the UK at a sensible price. This bag has great style and although I've only owned it for one week I have had many questions from ladies that I have met in business circles as to its source.The leather is fine grain and well finished. The only improvement that I would suggest is the addition of some metal stud protectors on the base of the bag. The bag easily accommodates my laptop and work files together with lots of useful interior pockets for mobile, purse, hand sanitiser and so on. The interior of the gag is also green so that nothing ends up hidden in the dark recesses that I have encountered in other bags. I find the length of handle ideal for carrying on my shoulder which leaves my hands free for opening doors etc.The bag was delivered in about two weeks from order and I was kept updated by Overstock as to its progress which again gave me confidence that it was on its way.This bag represents great value and I would definitely use Overstock again. I have been looking for over a year for a new laptop bag...and trust me when I say that I have looked at almost everything - in every price range. I was really happy when this arrived. It's better looking than in the pictures and I think that the quality is good for the price! I like the suede trim and haven't found that it has gotten dirty or that the handle or trim has cracked as I had read in one or two of the reviews. It is a little larger than the picture makes it look - but overall, it's a perfect size for me! When I travel, it saves me from taking a full-sized purse because the compartments inside as well as the added pouch give me all the room and organization I need...with room to spare. I have a 14" laptop and it's a great fit - this would accomodate up to a 15.4" as noted in the description. I find it very comfortable to carry - both in weight and design - and have already had many compliments. I would recommend this to anyone who's looking for a good bag without the 'over-the-top' price!

This bag is really very spacious - almost like luggage. It's cute though. I am returning the item because the piping is poor quality and had some damage already, I'm not taking a chance on what it would look like in a few months.

My wife got this and she could not be happier. The quality is good and the bag is sturdy. More importantly, she loves the look.

I love this bag - but the green piping on the handle cracked and pealed off almost immediately. They should have just left if off and left the handle all black. This really cheapens the look of the bag.

Two friends wanted to buy the same bag as soon as they saw mine. Great quality, fits a large laptop, but not a lot of room for files when the AC adaptor is in thebag. I was afraid to buy online without being able to judge the leather quality in person; this exceeded my expectations.

This is a nice bag. Like other reviewers have noted, it is quite a large tote (not purselike). The double tote handles add stability for carrying books and papers I need for my job, and they are the right length to carry the bag on my shoulder. The leather of the bag is smooth and rather stiff and seems like it shouldn't fold and break down easily. The styling is attractive and unique. Note that the green trim is more prominent in person than in the photo -- the entire gusset across the bag where it zips is made of the green suede. It's a very pretty color green and nice against the black leather of the bag, but some might be interested to know that my husband and son both immediately thought the bag looked like an XBOX case, so I'm debating about exchanging it for a different color. :0

I am very happy with the computer bag. It is very comfortable to carry with the computer and extra paperwork. The straps are a pefect length. The bag itself is a little bigger than I thought it would be, but I am getting used to that. The leather is nice and the color is pretty true to the website picture. All my co-workers think it is beautiful as well.

Looks a little bigger than the pictures, can hold several files plus laptop and power cord. With files, the makeup bag doesn't fit well, but is very stylish and professional-looking. One of the few bags I found that is actually leather as opposed to vinyl. Shoulder straps are comfortable, even when the bag is full.

This bag is everything I expected and more. There is plenty of room for my laptop, cords, accessories and some file folders folders. Not to mention it looks awesome.

I just wish I could afford one in every color!!! I am not using it for my laptop - instead I am using it for my "doctor's bag". It fits everything that I need for work AND everything that I need for ME as well. I love it!

This bag is awesome. The green matches my Dell Green laptop perfectly! I have a 17 inch laptop and while it doesn't fit in the quilted pouch, it does fit easily in the bag alone. The additional "cosmetic" bag is perfect for the cord, wireless mouse, and my USB modem. The extra pockets inside are great to use as a purse instead of carrying an actual purse. The leather is is a greatg quality - which kind of surprised me. It's beautiful bag and I love it!

I love the way this briefcase looks and it also fits my laptop and a few files or a book pretty easily. The only fault that I can find is that it is heavier than some briefcases. When I have used it, I have gotten many compliments.

I looked at several computer bags and I have a large macbook pro and this is the perfect fit. It's large but not too bulky. I plan on using it to carry my laptop on the airplane and it will hold additional things. Has lots of great pockets inside, too. And I did see it at another online store for $298!

I was very nervous about ordering a briefcase online without seeing it in person first, but I love this bag. It has so many compartments on the inside that you can't see in the photos online. I got it for business trips and I think it will work perfectly. It seems very sturdy and can fit lots of my books. I haven't tried the laptop sleeve yet, but it seems of good quality and so does the cosmetic bag.

Wow! What a fabulous bag! I have a Dell spring green 17" laptop and this bag matches the color to a T. It is plenty roomy for the laptop as well as extra cords and files. I was nervous about the purchase but no more - this is a big hit! Excellent leather - not the fake look kind at all. Everyone comments on how sophisticated it looks. Buy it - you won't be sorry.
