There are few positives about this bag. Its cheaply made and impractical. I find it amazing how large the bag is and how little can go in. Its a behemoth of a thing, walking around with it is almost comical. With its massive flap to open it up, trying to put something in it on the go takes some struggling. and with only one flimsy cheap piece of material separating the two inside pockets and with no structure to speak of, you can feel every object you are carrying around with you. For a college student like myself, heavy loads are required and this bag started to give me back issues. You would think that the massive shoulder pad would offer some support, and I suppose it does, but the effect is minimal. It still feels like a big shapeless lump swinging from your shoulder. And to make matters worse, this heavy lump will slowly and slyly slide down your side. The strap is cheap and slips, always lengthening. I found myself several times daily looking like some kind of flailing flamingo jumping up and down trying to raise the bag back up and avoid it taking me out at the knees. The leather I doubt is real too. After a month or so the finish on the top of the bag started to flake off it attractive little bits of plastic faux leather, leaving these wonderful little gaping holes in the finish of the bag flap. This bag was infuriating on every level and there are few good memories I have of the semester I spent with it. My new bag is well constructed and even though its a fraction of the size, I can fit twice as much in it. This bag is cheap and incredibly over priced for the massive let down and hinderance that it is. Go elsewhere.
