  The strap is too short, Im 5"8 and its way too short for me

  Name is misleading but my fault in not reading the "exterior dimensions": 20-inch Carry On is REALLY 21x14.5x10 which exceeds the Delta's carry-on sizie of 45 linear inches...and with 4 inch expandable capability, this suitcase will definitely exceed the carry-on sizing. I'm returning as my overseas trip requires more careful planning than I've done--too eager!
