I purchased this suitcase in June 2008 and used it for the first time October 31. I had problems pulling the retractable handle out before even packing. I arrived at my destination and was unable to pull the handle out at the airport, but it did pull out when I was in the hotel room. When returning home the handle pulled out at the hotel and at the airport prior to departure, but once I arrived to my final destination I could not pull out the handle and still cannot even though the suitcase is empty. It was great fun trying to manuever the suitcase without the handle. I know it is too late to return to Overstock but I did email Mosaic since it has a warranty but still waiting for a response. Beware.

The color is perfect and the compartments are so roomy, I can move from country to country and not leave anything behind. I appreciate the track back feature and hope I never have to use it. The garment bag is secured in a separate pouch that keeps the clothing from getting wrinkled.
