I recently purchased this bag through Overstock. The bag itself is great, hold a ton, fairly versatile, good handle, etc. The problem, and I do not know if this a problem with my case or a design flaw, is that the wheels are splayed out at the bottom. Makes for a noisy rolling cart that sounds like it is being dragged across the floor. So far whenever I call McKlein I have gotten a voice mailbox. I will up my rating to 5 stars if this problem is fixed by the manufacturer.

it does everthing my wife needs for work .plenty of room for a computer phone pens pencils ,she also likes how would it texas from the carrier to make it easier if she needs to be paper work .

I find the bag to be very versitile which is very important to the scope of my business. I do need to carry customers files but not all the time and travel is light but sometimes necessary so this is where the versitility comes in. The bag itself is durable enough for my day to day usage but the handle appears to be a little flimsy but fine for my application and there's enough small pockets to carry office supplies, PDA devices etc...Overall a good buy for the money..
