Will this hold a Dell 17.3" laptop? Measurements on the laptop are 423.0mm X 287.3mm How many zippered compartments does it have total including the computer compartment? Does it qualify with the airlines to go as carry-on and fit in overhead luggage compartments?

Detachable-Wheeled Laptop compartment dimensions are 16 inches l x 2 inches w x 12 inches h and based on the measurement provided, the Dell 17.3 will not fit. There are no interior zipped compartments, but there are three exterior zipped compartments. Please remember, this is not luggage and you will need to check with your specific Airline, each Airline has different restrictions. Have a great day.
