Great bag, poor zipper
I love my bag! I love the green color and I love how different it is from other bags. It is super durable, especially the shoulder strap. I took this bag with me on a worktrip to Europe for two weeks and I was not disappointed. I hauled around a great deal of stuff in it and never worried that the straps would break off like on some of my other bags. The only issue was the zipper. The part you hold to pull the zipper open and closed fell off the second day! The metal piece holder the zipper handle to the main zipper piece wasn't tight enough. Luckily the zipper handle fell into my bag and I kept it in a small pocket during my whole trip so that when I got home I could re-attach it and use pliers to tighten the connection. So now it is fully functioning again, but I spend two weeks in Europe having to open and close the zipper without a handle.

Nice and roomy! I use this as a diaper bag/purse!

Love it
I love the durability and color of this bag. I wish the lining was a little more substantial, but since it comes with a lifetime guarantee, if I have problems I can always have it fixed. A good size for carrying my purse items plus a few books and files.
