I am very disappointed with this set. We traveled from Ohio to California with it and it cracked in several places. I am not talking about a small crack on the corner. It had a split down the front of the luggage that was from the top to the bottom & only ended where the suitcase starts to round. Then on the flight home it cracked on the side. That crack is 3/4 of the side.The set looks nice but that certainly does not help when you can only use it for one trip.
Just received this set June 12th and took a trip to Punta Cana. Only a couple of small scratches but other than that, this is a great set of luggage. Very durable and lightweight. Plenty of room and very stylish. Highly recommended for the frequent traveler.
We used this set recently to travel to Europe. They held up quite well. We especially liked how light-weight they were - 5 lbs difference in the biggest one from our other set. They do mark somewhat in handling which I guess has to be expected given hard sides and rough airport handling. I need to use them a few times to determine durability.
I received this set with the large bag cracked on the corner. That bag was replaced and was cracked on the first trip I took. Another bag was also crack with a quarter size whole in one of the rib sections. The thin plastic does not hold up well at all. I would not purchase this type again.
Great value. I've also enjoyed using spinner luggage. It saves my back!!! I also like all the sizes that came in this set. I use the small wheelie bag every 2 weeks for trips to our second office in Boston. It rolls smoothly and holds all I need.
