  I am stoked by the number of pockets, the quality of construction and the size of the backpack. I looks great and has some great strap features, but I am very disappointed with the lack of padding in the backpack for protection against bumps & shocks. (especially on the bottom of the pack) Maybe I am wrong,,, but the assumption I had was: "if it is being referred to as a "Laptop Backpack" then it should be safe to assume the laptop compartment would be designed to protect the backpack as much as possible." The plus side is, I am now a "wiser buyer." LOL

  Very good backpack. Fits my 15.6 inch Dell laptop. I have a 9 cell battery on it so its quite bulky too. This seems to fit seamlessly into the bag. Doesn't feel congested at all. Plenty of room for everything else. A couple of books, files, stationery and of course all the junk we like to carry around. Its definitely not the cheapest bag out there, but it's definitely worth the money.

  It's a great laptop backpack, plenty of space for all your stuff. Very practical. The only thing I don't like is that you back gets hot a little, but I guess is because of the material is made of. Great price also!

  I bought this pack to take to Costa Rica. After one day, the zipper on the bottom right broke. When I got back I contacted Overstock, who sent me to the manufacturer, CalPak. CalPak asked for photos (about 5+) which I sent. They then proceeded to tell me I had to send so much money + shipping costs to get a new bag. WAY TOO MUCH hassle. I declined and told them they should send it free of charge as their product was defective. I never heard from them again. Doesn't anyone stand behind their product?
