  My daughter loves this backpack. All her friends moms are asking where I got it. Love the lights on the wheels for those dark early morning bus stops.

  I have bought four backpacks from this company and the straps always break the first week....but the handle system is good.

  I think the bag is great! It's exactly what I wanted... I really think it's funny that people are saying the bag is "smaller than expected" ... Ummm.... What were you expecting? It's called a "Mini" Sling Bag (keyword.... MINI)!! LOL

  I bought this backpack as a gift for my 9-year-old step daughter. She is very particular about what she likes and she just loves this bag. It has a lot of pockets and places to keep things, which she likes, and I like that it is really good quality and I think it will last her for quite a while. Even if she doesn't want to use it for the next school year, we will keep it for camping trips and other excursions. The two complaints that I have are small: - The color in the picture is much lighter than the color of the actual product. - The pockets on the side are just a bit too small for her water bottle to fit. Other than that, I highly recommend this backpack and when she is ready for her next one, we will certainly look at this brand again.

  The shoulder strap came apart. It was necessary for me to sew it back together.
