Nice case but AWFUL smelling!
Nice sized case with attractive leather, nice stitching and quality hardware. The compartments are well sized and it holds my Mac Book and a binder comfortably. Unfortunately, this brief case really stinks! It smells musty - like an old canvess camping tent that has been stored in a damp basement for a decade. I've left the case outside on the porch for the past 5 nights to try to get rid of the smell... but no change. I was expecting the smell of leather that a "high-end" bag usually has... very disappointing.

- Please tell us about the quality of the product. Very nice leather & hardware; good size compartments. Very musty smell - not the nice aroma normally associated with leather.

Kenneth Cole Briefcase
This briefcase is beautiful and very functional. However, it has a pungent and extremely strong odor. It is peculiar and my husband had to quit carrying it. The scent is infused in the leather and lining material. No amount of outdoors airing out and Febreeze treatments would diffuse it. People would walk into his office and ask about the strange aroma it carries. It enveloped his office and a few people asked what the "mortuary" stench was in his wing of the building.
