better than i expected

Quality not up to par
I ordered this luggage as a present for my daughter. This is the third set of luggage I have ordered from Overstock.com and I was completely satisfied with the first two purchases. This one arrived and when I opened the box, I was dissapointed, to say the least! The suitcases were not much more than fabric-covered cardboard. When I unstacked them, the carry-on had a dent on the front of it. The whole set is on spinners (a feature I like). I restacked the cases and rolled them down the hallway....they nearly tipped over! I did contact Overstock and they sent me a shipping label for return. That part went very smoothly. I simply printed out the label, retaped the shipping box, and returned it to a nearby UPS store. Overstock deducted the return postage from my payment....that was a surprise since shipping was free....but at least the rest of my money was promptly refunded. My mistake on this one was buying a product that had not been previously reviewed.

Super cute luggage
I looked at this set for weeks. I was nervous about getting it because I knew nothing about the company that made it. After reading many horror stories about hard case luggage I finally chose this set. It came in the mail today and boy does it not only look pretty but also pretty durable. Let's see how it holds up for my Europe trip next month :)
