Worksmanship
I received this product and was very disappointed to find the screws to secure the wheels on the luggage were not put in the hole and was put in at an angle along side the hole. This was done on the largest luggage in two different places. I checked the next size and it was done on one roller. The wheels were stable but I expected more. You pull a quality looking luggage out to only find major flaws on the wheel base. This may have just been an isolated incident but I didn't want to take the chance on getting another.
