Handle broken within minutes
The quality is fine and love the duel rolling wheels. The pull out handle bends and makes for an easier use. Therefore the broken handle just means it can not be picked up by that one side, just the side one. Love the design and it was easy to see on the lugguage cart.
- How accurate was the sizing? It was fine
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. The quality is good but the handle broke within first use and return has not been easy as this was a gift and shipped.
- Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? This could be a defect but the handle just snapped.
