J World 'Twinkle' Lilac Rolling Backpack with Lightning Wheels

I am using it as my tennis bag. Holds 2 rackets comfortably and so light weight. Also holds all of my tennis accessories comfortably. Everyone loves the lights on the wheels. I get complements about the bag every time I'm out playing tennis. Great buy and fun, too.

I purchased 2 of these and we get compliments every time we use them for our weekend getaways. the wheels light up when moving and my son loves it. very easy to get him to pull his bag with the lights on the wheels.

My daughter asked for a rolling backpack and after some research, she chose this particular model because of the light-up wheels. When we received it, my daughter was very happy with the appearance and I was happy with the quality. I guess only time will tell just how well made this product is....my daughter has been using it for a few weeks now and it is working great.

I bought this for my daughter as she was wrapping up her 3rd grade year, knowing she would need a rolling backpack for 4th grade. She received it in March of this year, 2011, and used it through May. It was not used again until August. Shortly after school started, the handle stopped retracting all they way down. You had to unzip it and reach inside to fiddle with the handle to get it to go down. Then it stopped doing even that. The handle being up was a menace in the van because a sharp turn might knock it up against the glass windows. I had to keep reminding my daughter to hang on to it. Also, in the classroom it was a pain to move around it with 20 kids trying to get to the backpack area. It tipped over frequently and sure enough a kid stepped on the handle and bent it. Within a week I had to rip it off, leaving a jagged metal stub at the top, which I'm not thrilled about. I emailed the company to see if I could get a replacement handle, but it's been over 10 days with no response. To replace it, you have to have the receipt AND warranty card. I have the receipt, but not the warranty card. You also have to send it back and WAIT who knows how long for a replacement and I guess in the meantime your kids just has to carry their 30 pounds of books to school? I think not! Very, Very disappointed with this purchase.
