This pack has really met my needs ! The size is adequate for my laptop, multiple books and papers. Multiple pockets to stay organized. The rubber pad at the base helps protect the pack from scuffing while in use. Be sure to tuck away the straps as they can hang and drag in the wheels causing tears - but they tuck easily into the side mesh drink holders. I hesitated in buying a rolling pack and now wondering why I waited so long ! The weight off my shoulders is literally gone !!
