International Traveller Moo 24-inch Upright

I was so excited when my new suitcase arrived! It looks great and seemed to fit my needs for traveling. With the expandable zipper it would allow for more purchases to be packed after a trip so that was a definite plus. I was in love with it. Until........the very first time I used it to travel on an airline it was damaged. Yes--they somehow managed to puncture a hole in the front of my lovely suitcase. I was pretty upset about it but then since I have such lousy luck with luggage I was just happy that the thing did not get lost! Not sure if this is something that others will encounter or if it is just me but suffice it to say that part of the purchase was disappointing! Perhaps if this was used for car travel and not plane travel it would be better but I still love my suitcase, will continue to use it punctured and all and be able to easily identify on the carousel!!!
