I was hesitant due to low price, but pleasantly surprised. great size for college textbooks, notebook and laptop. Wide strap adds to comfort. Pockets are great for pens, markets, water bottle, etc. Glad I didn't spend more as this bag perfectly fits my needs

This BEAUTIFUL bag appears to be made of high quality rip stop denier fabric--in any case it is not made of flannel. It has a "flannel type PLAID" . It is certainly water repellant; it may be water proof. The bag is actually a kind of soft luggage typw computer case; lightweight but protective and just gorgeous quality in every respect. The laptop pocket is fully cushioned on both sides. There is a flap with pockets both external and internal, as well as cell phone holders and a mesh holder which would hold a water bottle or other portable potable. This bag is almost outrageously attractive and functional. It was part of a sixtieth birthday present for me, along with my new notebook, and I AM THRILLED with the moderate cost,high quality of function, and beautiful design of this ample, sharp laptop bag.
