Heys eCase Exotic Zebra Rolling Laptop Case

First and foremost, Overstock's Customer Care Divison was awesome to work with. However, the product I received was not as pictured under the "Product" description page picture. The lock for the case came on the side of the item rather than the top as pictured. There is a lot of room in the case. I was disappointed about the sturdiness of the collapsing handle for the case as well as the ordor inside of the case, which may be from the silca packaging. Customer Care worked with me to ship me a new one so I could use it in time for my business trip. I too think the case would be more functional if the closure were something other than a zipper. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and the service recovery I recieved.Thank you.

After looking at lots of rolling laptop bags I decided on this one for the following reasons: 1) NTSA lock, 2) good reviews, 3) large capacity, and 4) it's cute! Having received and used it now, I am happy with my purchase. The case is light, roomy, and rolls well. The only change I would make would be a closure other than a zipper - seems like a zipper defeats the lock as someone wanting to get in could cut through the zipper pretty easily. This case is really large, but not cumbersome. Easily holds my laptop, laptop accessories (charger, mouse), as well as several inches of files. It wasn't really apparent from the pictures that there were multiple accordian sections, so I was a little surprised about that. There are actually 4 sections to the case - one for the laptop and three others for papers, books, etc. More than enough room for everything I could want to take along. I've received several compliments from women and men about what a chic case it is.

I travel by plane often, and this case is great! It's a very good size and with all the security checks, I find it easy to carry all my personal items in it as well! Anything with wheels is always helpful while traveling. No wobbling wheels and when this case opens it doesn't fall over like others, allowing easy access to your files or laptop. The only issue I have is that one leg of my air travel is via comuter jet service and this case does not fit in the overhead or under the single seat aisle, you may want to plan for this in advance. I usually gate check it and just slide my computer sleeve out on entering the plane. Then when I get off, it's right there waiting for me. I love it for road trips as well, really tough and can be piled in the car with the other luggage, no special treatment needed! The security locks are wonderful too except as airline carry on, you cannot have anything locked. I would definitely recommend this case and I am stopped and asked about it every time Im in the airport with it! Great choice.
