A bit disappointed
I purchased this Heys XCase due to the light weight as I travel weekly for business and refuse to check my bags since Delta has lost mine so many times. First of all, the handle has only one bar and is too thin to support any bag that you rest on the top such as your laptop bag. As I was walking through the airport the bag kept sliding off the top of the XCase. In the end, I had to carry the laptop bag on my shoulder which I would prefer not to do. Also, the case is not sturdy at all. I had a connection in Charlotte to MD and had to take a puddle jumper which didn't have enought overhead room to bring the bag onboard. The temporary stowage in the plane scuffed the XCase in several places. One trip and it looks like I have had this bag for months. Want to return and get a more durable Heys Case

Good, cute case
This a good small carry-on and is easy to spot. I love the hard, shiny case, but because of that I wouldn't put this case as checked baggage. I had to check this on a trip home, and it really got dinged up. It scratched easily due to the lack of care provided by the baggage personnel (not sure why they feel they need to place all luggage on it's face). Anyway, that really is the only drawback, but it fits really well in overhead compartments, is roomy and super lightweight. I received a ton of compliments on the color!

good only because i didn't pay full price
I am extremely happy with my purchase because orange is my favorite color and it will be pretty hard to lose a suitcase like this. I am actually using this for my court reporting equiptment. The one disappointment is the straps inside the suitcase. Not all of the sides were even sewn in so I can't even use them. So I definitely don't recommend paying full price for this. I actually think now that I probably spent too much but because it was orange I didn't do the proper research.
