Does NOT have swivel wheels
The suitcase that I saw at Target was identical to this, except for the wheels. I was told by the salesperson at Target that the Heys description was "Heys polka dot 22". Upon entering this name in my Overstock search, this "nearly" identical suitcase appeared so I ordered it and was surprised that it actually had the 2 regular wheels and not the 4 swivel wheels I had seen in the store.

Polka Dot Carry-on
This is a cute little carry-on. It seems a bit flimsy at the hinges. But it's very jazzy looking and the perfect size for a short trip.

It was exactly what my grandaughter wanted. It is a well constructed piece of luggage, perfect size, and the shipping time and service was excellent....a very professional company with attention to client and product. Certainly would order from them again.....great prices, too.
