When I bought the item, the listing stated "easy returns". When I received the item, it said "this item is not eligible for return". So I have it whether I like it or not. In addition, some travel groups prefer that you bring soft baggage. If you are traveling with a tour group, check with then first, before ordering this item.

Totally love it. The colors were vibrant, the workmanship was very good. The only thing I wish it had was the swivel wheels. Would definatley recommend it.

I love my roller carry on. I was at first hesitant how well it would hold up on my vacation. I never had any problems with the lining, unlike some people describe. It was great to pack a weeks worth of clothing, but keep in mind, I used 'travel space bags" to compress my clothing. I also used an additonal carry on for my cosemtic's. Reality more designed for a weekender, unless you are like me and hates to "check in" luggage and then wait for it, I cheated with travel bags and planned my outfits. In the right angle of lighting I could see minor scratches from rubbing against other luggage. But the leopard print has concealled the scarthes really well. No issues with rolling it, or the use of the extending handle. I do wish they offered this print in a larger option though.

Love this suitcase so far, I have used it for a weekend away trip to a hotel and had enough storage for that amount of time. As a previous reviewer mentioned it does have a bar that goes across the length of the suitcase that does take up some room that could store clothing. But overall it works for a weekend trip. Looks like it would fit fine in airplane overheard storage. Love the leopard print, seems like it will be strong.

My daughter loves the attention she gets at the airport with this bag. Even thought the case seems small, she was able to cram quite a bit in.

I own this pull and absolutely adore it! I love, love, love the leopard print and how easy it is to push or pull the piece. The wheels are excellent! Pulling the Carry On is soooo easy! I use mine to transport work to and from work. Some of my files are extremely large. It's roomy enough to handle my work and some! This was an excellent buy. I highly recommend it to anyone who is on the fence about it. It's certainly not for the shy as it will draw a lot of attention. :D

The Heys XCase Exotic 20-inch Leopard Print carry-on luggage was easy to manage. It was light weight, and fit easily into the overhead compartment on the plane. It was capable of carrying all the items needed for a trip to Hawaii! Thank goodness it was sturdy enough to handle the slide along the overhead bin during the take-off and landing. It still looks great!

I love this carry-on. It is just the right size, and is so cute. Everyone notices it. It is very light and rolls easily.
