I have owned a set of Heys luggage for the last year which included a 20 in carry on case, and assumed that this one would be the same. Unfortunately it is not. The exterior seems much cheaper, the wheels not as durable and it is not expandable. I will have to travel with it a few times to see if it was worth the money.
This is a lot smaller that I anticipated. The height of case is actually 18.5" only. Not only that, the material near one of the wheels cracked after the first trip. Quite disappointed.
The case looked exactly like the picture. It had everything that was advertised. The only thing that could have been better was durability. It is not very heavy duty, however for a carry on it should work fine. The color was the same as what was shown in the picture and it was delivered in a timely manner. I would do business with Overstock again.
I purchased this because I had planned a few trips and wanted to avoid the fee some airlines are charging for luggage. It was a really nice piece. It has more room on the inside then I thought it would, and the handle and rollers were great. I've used it for a week trip and weekend trip and it worked great. The only complaint I have is the case scratched after the 1st use pretty easily. I bought the bright red one, and I love the color, but I think that it shows the scratches more. Overall great piece.
