This is the perfect carry-on for anyone! It's very durable, stylish, and can pack a lot.Example:#1. I went on a one week international vacation, total of 6 flights. This bag was actually checked for 5 of the flights. When it came out it was really scuffed because of the airline throwing it around and stuff. When I got home I used "Soft Scrub" which is available wherever cleaning products are sold, and ALL the scuffs buffed right out. Took maybe 5 minutes, so if you are upset with scuffs because it was checked just buy a $3 cleaner and it's like new! 5 flights worth of scuffs come right out.#2. I packed a full weeks worth of clothes in that bag. Now, you have to be a very smart packer, but it can be done. Remember to wear the thickest and heaviest clothes on the plane, don't pack those.Also, this was packed at maximum capacity, and I never once had any issues with the zippers or inside lining. The only reason they are kind of sticky is because they are thick, durable zippers. They are made to form together and stay closed, so of course it might get a bit sticky, they aren't made to come apart easily.#3. This suitcase will pop out if it's dented. It always goes right back into it's original shape.#4. The wheels are very durable and smooth. I rolled this around 5 airports, probably 5 miles, even across asphault and they were always rollin with me.Overall, this is the best suitcase I've ever had. This is the most traveling at one time that I think a carry-on can go through and this one did it with flying colors. If you want a quality suitcase, then spend the money and get this one. Just take care of it and it'll last forever! These are great suitcases. They hold a surprising amount and seem to be very durable. One thing to be aware of, though: in the photos they all seem to have a very cool metallic-type finish, which isn't the case in real life. I ordered the silver, fuschia and the teal for my kids. The silver is a neat metallic color, but the others are matte colors and don't look as good as they did online. Other than that surprise, it was a great buy.

Bought this to use as a carry-on only, to Vegas. It did receive a scratch-SOMEHOW-but don't know who to blame. I knew this wasn't a scratch resistant item from the get go but its still cute and received several comments. So far has held up. I was astonished as to how much it would hold, and I do TRY to pack light. This last trip I took the following:3 pairs of capris, 6 blouses, 2 tees, 1 jacket, 1cube with undies,nities and duster,1 cube with swimsuit, cover-up, and flip flops, and 1 makeup bag (put the liquids in tote), Works for me.

This item is beautiful right out of the box. The durability of the good looks is short-lived. It scuffs very easily. I've also had the inside straps tear away from where they are sewn to the lining. The zipper is also pretty sticky and tends to hang on the corners. This is a lot smaller than what the image looks like.

We bought the Heys 3-piece set from Overstock before our family trip to Norway during the summer of 2005. Our family has been very pleased with the quality and durability of this set. Since then, it has been to China, back to Norway, and on several smaller trips. I should really buy more pieces of this smaller size, as it is perfect for a long weekend or a child. When we bought the set, luggage with this look was very unusual, and we actually turned heads wheeling the pieces through the airport. Someone even commented on the "mag" wheels. The pieces are not without their scuffs, but they bounce right back into shape when dented, and are surprisingly light weight. The removable locks that came with our set were not TSA compliant (this may have been changed since) and were noticeably tampered with after the first trip. We've since purchased some TSA compliant replacement locks for about $7 each. I highly recommend this luggage. Not only is it durable, roomy, lightweight and attractive, it is easy to recognize on the baggage carousel, and not as frequently confused for another traveler's bag. I would definitely purchase this luggage again.

I purchased the pink xcase and the zipper broke and felt apart at the airport. now I have to return it. Very disappointing.

I was disappointed in the suitcase. I expected a full seal on a hard sided suitcase; it had zippers that stuck and I returned the suitcase.

This case is very light weight, but it smelled aweful....I opened the case and hoped that the smell would disappear, but it stayed, so I can Heys customer service and they say this is normal. I couldn't believe they said that. I just couldn't stand the smell from this case....it's really bad.

The color I got is nice. But I was a quite disappointed about this case, becuase the handle is very short. I only 5'10 and I have to bend my knees and back when I travel with it. I wished the handle were at least a few inches taller.

Love these little case. Tough and cute. Always get comments on it!

Great suitcase -- got the bright pink... very attractive and easy to spot. Go online and find a couple sites that tell you how to pack in a space saving way -- I got two weeks worth of clothes and shoes in it!

I bought it for my daughter(she was 6 back then) from overstock.com a few YEARS ago. She used it a couple of times for overseas trip and several times for domestic. It's really really light and PINK is soooo cute for girls.

Sorry to say, this suitcase did not fit under the airline seat (Spirit). It cannot be checked for baggage per the instruction on the tag w/suitcase because it will dent.

I have the bright green version of this case. The green is very bright; it's a cross between green apple and lime green. It is surprisingly roomy on the inside, very light, and very sturdy. I have been very happy with it. I use it as a carryon, and I often fly on prop planes small enough that I need to gate-check anything larger than a backpack. The bright color makes it easy to locate in the sea of black and red luggage when I need to pick it back up. It also makes me easy to find/follow in airports according to friends and family. It is the perfect size for a weekend trip or really any trip short enough that you can pack all you need in a carryon. The only downside is that the outside does get scratched rather easily. It hasn't been that noticeable on mine (and mine has been banged around a lot), and I don't think it is really that much more noticeable than the standard scratches you would get on any luggage. Overall I am happy with it, and I am thinking about getting a larger one to check for longer trips.

I purchased four of these for a coming trip with the family. They are a great size, easy to carry or wheel around. Fit well in the car and hold more than you would expect. They do scratch easily as others have mentioned. I gave 4 stars for this reason. Time will tell how they hold up to airport baggage handling abuse. They were intended as carry-ons but when the overheads are full they may have to go with the other luggage. Good deal at overstock.

Bought the 20-in carry-on in bright Orange for christmas. Just came back from a week trip...Worked great! Love it! Easy for my 11 yr old and the size was perfect. Don't know about durability yet?

to date it is sitting under the xmas tree due to the fact that i gave it to my husband as a gift - i was surprised to see that is was shiney - had a high gloss finish - cannot rate it yet until it goes out for its first test drive when we travel next.

The luggage is quite small and am unsure if it is exactly what I was looking for. However, the typical price of hard shell luggage is expensive, so you get what you pay for. This is the cheapest decent size hard case luggage you will find. It is a great product, no compalints on it's stunning appearance! Delivery was expedient and I would recommend this product to anyone.

Lightest and best carryon bag ever! You can fit an amazing amount into it, it weighs almost nothing, and fits easily into the overhead bin. If you do check it - the color makes it easy to find with all the black bags out there. And price is much less at Overstock than other websites! Reccomend highly. The surface will scuff if you check it - the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars for durability.
