I love the Lightweight Luggage Set!!! I get lots of looks when I go places and the long handle with the chrome plated heavy metal wheels make it SO EASY FOR PULLING... I love everything about my set! We are estatic about our purchase of the 3 piece Heys luggage. It is true to its advertisement:lightweight, durable and great looking (we got turquoise). Our daughter owns a set and that influenced us. We are getting ready for a trip to San Francisco and can't wait to take it for its inaugural flight.Our daughter assures us we'll have no problem searching for our bags at the claim area. It stands out in a sea of black and brown.Price from Overstock cannot be beat and the $2.95 shipping saves an average of $30.00 from other merchants.

I purchased the set of 3 sea water color bags 14 months ago. I have been to 15 countries and probably to 50 different places since then. Those bags went though some really bad roads with ice, snow, sand, mud, stones and anything you can find on roads in a third world countries. I have been flying a lot too - not a single scratch on those bags after all! I wash the exterior with soap after each trip and they shine like new. The color is amazing! Looks like water in Hawaii. I got so many complements on those bags. They are lighter than any bag I used before. Nothing gets broken on them even if you use them every day in a Safari trip. I never saw another person with the same bag, so it is so easy to find it in the airport. Absolutely perfect and a superb quality!

I don't typically take the time to leave reviews for items, but I felt compelled to do so for this luggage. It was purchased for my husband who travels frequently. We needed something that would be more durable than previous sets we've owned, lightweight and roomy. After MUCH research we decided on this Heys luggage and Overstock had the best price by far! It shipped very quickly and we were more impressed than expected with the luggage. I was able to lift all three nested suitcases vertically out of the box on my own, so lightweight is an understatement. The luggage seems very durable and we were pleasantly suprised to see that the suitcases also expand! They are very stylish looking and roll very smoothly. Great purchase!

My issue is that the luggage feels flimsy, which is probably why it is so light. Once it is filled and zipped up, it is fine, but getting it zipped is often like zipping a travel bag in that it flexes and bends while you zip. I expected it to be more sturdy even if lightweight. The flimsiness makes it more practical to unpack the bag and store it rather than live out of it even for a single night when traveling.

Have traveled 30.000 miles to and from the Philippines in the last 2 yrs,nothing but a few scratches, no wheel problems.no zipper problems, It only cost a few dollars extra to go first class. CSM retired

I just returned from a ceuise and used my luggage for the first time. The zipper on the 30 inch broke. I cannot get anyone to respond to me as to how to replace it.

The purchase went smoothly. All was delivered as promised. The luggage is good, but does get scratched. If ordering today, I would choose the set with 4 wheels.

I bought the Heys Cruzer set of four. Had to send it back as soon as it arrived because the zippers didn't work - couldn't even get the bags out. Then received replacement and have taken two trips - not even flying, just busses and two of the suitcases are broken. One extention handle jammed then completely came apart - on the other bag it is cracked and looks like it won't last long.

Great luggage, packed more than I expected! Only problem is that the silver set, after one flight, scratched up pretty bad, hence why I only gave it 3 stars. Had to return to Overstock, now I'm awaiting the basic black. Hope it doesn't get damaged as bad as the silver!

Don't check this luggage with the airlines or it will fall apart after 2 to 3 trips. Bought this to replace a Samsonite hardside and have been totally disappointed. Took to warranty repair center and they were like no can't fix that it's from misuse. Not Happy with Heys!

I travel for business on a weekly basis. In the past I've always bought cloth or leather luggage but the airlines kept destroying them. This time I decided to purchase hard sided luggage. I love this set. It looks great, the wheels are in-line which is much better then the swivel wheels on some other sets. The best thing is you can just take a wet cloth and wipe the luggage down to clean up scuff and dirt marks left by the airlines. I would recommend this set to anyone you travels on a regular basis.

I purchased these items for an overseas trip which is upcoming. I have used the two smaller bags for a current vacation and was VERY PLEASED with their capacity. I was able to pack a huge amount of things and the total weight was just 38 lbs. I would have listed a 5 stars but I am waiting to see if they survive the long overseas trip. Overstock has the best price by far on Heys luggage.

This luggage held up well on a two week multiple destination European tour. With 6 plane trips and tight car packing I was suprised how well it fared. It arrived with a few black marks but no other problems. It was light to transport and the 20" bag was perfect for a carry on. I wish that they had added a second 20" bag. This was a great value and holds up well. The couple we travelled with actually ordered this when we came home. The bright orange was easy to spot at the airport baggage carousel.

After my trip to NYC, one bag already cracked. I expected more from Heys. This set is easy to break and inconvenient to use. I probably won't buy this luggage again.

We previously had XCase that opened at the short end, making it somewhat difficult in the smaller European hotel rooms...it also did not have the expansion benefit nor the built-in locks. We have found that this luggage is extremely lightweight...ours this time is orange...and easy to identify in the airports. Very easy to overpack as they are large! I can't imagine using soft-sided bags any longer! We are continually asked where we got the bags!! Try 'em, your're bound to Like 'em!!!

This was a nice piece of luggage that we purchased. It came reasonably quick. I would definitley recommend this luggage set. I like the fact that it is lightweight. I Haven't traveled yet with it, but I am sure it will last a long, long time.

These suitcases were great. Incredibly light & durable. You can fill them up as much as you like and still make the 50 lb limit on the airplane. They also hold up well while getting tossed around during vacation transitions and your valubles stay safe. Love them!

I spent a bit of time researching the Heys company and bought them because I thought they were manufactured in Canada. But, alas, no! Big 'made in china' tags in every case. Sigh. I wish companies would disclose this information about their products so we could have it when considering whether to purchase them.

This is my 1st hard suitcase purchase. I was skeptic about ordering it since I was so use to the soft case ones. Anyways... I'm pleased with my purchases & have no complaints. The cases are much lighter, durable, & attractive then my previous cases in the pass. Overstock.com did an awesome job deliverying what was stated on there ad. The shipment came in very quickly. I mean before I even get some sort of reply stating that my items have been delivered. If I need anymore suitcases in the future then Overstock.com will be the 1st place I will shop. Online shopping could be an AWESOME experience because you don't have to drive to look, buy, or waste time deciding what you want. Everything is delivered to you at the click of the button. However, you need to be sure & definate of what your purchasing. Otherwise, it can be a headache & time consuming to square your order away. Take your time & then you don't have to waste more. Final note... "You get what you pay for"....:)
