I bought the turquoise colors which was easy to spot on the baggage conveyor. I added some decals on it to make it easy to identify if there were another similar one but so far I haven't found an identical color yet. So many black ones out there that look alike and mine was easy to spot. I used it twice for domestic and twice for International. It did suffer from scraps and scratches which wore out the turquoise color in the corners as other reviewers mentioned. Perhaps heys can extend the metal corner brackets to cover a larger area? The scraps would normally not show on the soft sided baggage's as the softer material would absorb the bangs and dings. Note that the polycarbonate and/or hard plastic were plentiful in the 70's and 80's luggage's and heys and others have put it back into production as they are lightweight alternative to the heavier cloth and leathers due to the weight limitations that the airlines have imposed. Note that depending on which class you fly, your weight can be up to 70 lbs., especially on a international flight.
Our friends first got this for a trip to Europe, then we got it for a trip to southeast Asia and more. We were gone almost a month, lots of stops, and the only problem we've had are a few scuffs. We never exceeded the 50 lb. limit and we are not tiny people and did not wear dirty clothes...just planned well. I had one of the inner latches that holds the flat panel (that contains the clothes) closed come off and I sent in the photo they requested and they repaired it promptly and at no charge. I think they want the photo to see if there really is a problem, not because they are waffling, as another reviewer suggested. We have the silver ones and they are easy to spot in the baggage claim area. We carried the medium sized one on the trip. They have been on many other trips since then. A number of our relatives and our friends' relatives have also purchased these and, among us all, there has not been another problem whatsoever. So, yes, I would heartily recommend these!

We bought a set of Heys Sidewinder luggage and have enjoyed it up to the point where it cracked! In less than one year, the plastic around the handle has cracked on both sides of one of the suitcases. IMPORTANT! Now the manufacturer--Heys--is waffling about their warranty. They want pictures so we will send them. There is plenty of luggage out there with wheels. Think twice before purchase if you are feeling confident because of the warranty........................
I bought this set because it has the spinner wheel system and because it claims to be lightweight. This set is not as light as it's described. When it is packed, it surely will exceed the 50 lb weight limit, and that's exactly what happened. I'm disappointed that this set is heavy. I used the largest size bag for a trip. The shell cracked already. This is poor quality. I will never buy this again.
Received this several weeks ago in anticipation of a UK trip in the middle of August and have used it already on short trips. Rolls great, holds a bunch, and seems very sturdy, even though the weight is less than my old set of luggage. A big plus for my upcoming UK trip given the 50 pound limit by the airlines. I am quite pleased,as usual, with my Overstock purchase.
