IT is my fault because I did not measure. I had just purchased what I thought were the identical suitcases for out family trip. THought I would pick up two more as gifts for my parents. The price was a bit more than I paid for the larger suitcases but I thought it was worth the extra $ for the ease of transaction and delivery to my door! I was shocked when these little ones showed up! The suitcases scuff easily but move wonderfully. Love the adjustable handle. Great suitcase but the price is higher than I would pay.

I just returned from a 2 week trip and found the suitcase great. The 4 wheel drive is fabluous for going through the airport and a lot less strenuous than pulling one. The only thing I would change is to have a compartment on the outside for a small item or book. I found when I opened it, for things like my lap top, things tended to fall out. I will pack it more wisely next time.

I have a very bad back, so I wanted something very light. The Heys 4WD spinner is lightweight, looks nice, but is not very sturdy. I would be hesitant to check it in. It does suit my purposes, as I wanted something lightweight, that I could easily pick up to put in the overhead storage. I use a sports duffle bag to supplement the limited capacity of the Heys. The Heys 4WD with a sports duffle bag works great for me. However, I think that most people would want something more durable.

This is the BEST luggage if you're also carrying on a computer bag. The computer fits right over the handle and you can push both with one finger thru the airport...no tilting..no back pain!!IIt was a pleasant surprise when all I had to do was turn it sideways (with the computer bag still over the handle) and it glided right down the airplane center aisle!!!....Having a bad back was my reason for purchasing this bag and it was worth EVERY penny!!!!Be aware, the Heys bag on Overstock for a lesser price only has 2 wheels...go for the 4 wheels ..you'll love

Being on the small side, I always checked my bag, because I hated dealing with bags in the spacious Atlanta airport. However, the addition of recent charges to check bags have made me rethink this practice. I was looking for a durable, easily wheeled, good looking, right sized carry - on. This bag meets all those requirements. While it is too soon to really comment on the durability, so far the bag has performed beyond expectation in ease of use. My co-workers who were traveling with me even commented on how easily I was managing it. I easily could fit what was needed for a two-night, three day meeting in a cold climate in the bag. It is very light, and the spinner wheels are great. It also had a looks smart. It is the right size for Delta overheads, which are sometimes smaller than other airlines. I could not be more pleased.
