Decent..
I have used these bags about 10 times. The large suitcase zipper broke off already. The small suitcase is difficult to collapse the handle. Even Bag guys at the airport couldn't get it to collapse. I would only get these if they are on sale. The color is great tho!

Overall Not Bad
Purchased these Heyes suitecases from Overstock and I have used them for trips everywhere, Carribean, Cruises, Europe, etc. After about 24 months of use, with lots of travel, a small crack developed around one the feet on the largest piece. I contacted Heyes and they agreed to replace the piece for me. My exact suitecase was not available and would have taken months to replace, but instead they sent me a slightly larger one that was available immediately. Overall not bad for the price paid. The shoulder bag, and organizer bag that comes with the set are awesome too and very well constructed. For $**** bucks, and two hard years of use, I would say not bad at all.

GREAT PRODUCT
This company shipped all my luggage sets I ordered out fast. The only problem I have had with them is on the 11 sets that I ordered 1 of the handles was messed up and it wouldnt lock in place. This is why I can only give it 3 stars on the durability. I love my luggage sets and if that is the only problem I have with them I am extremely happy. Heys also has a website for repair so that was very convienient to get this piece fixed Thanks overstock for carrying such amazing products

This is a terrific value! I was pleased with the luggage as soon as it arrived. I have found the same pieces at discount stores for triple what I paid on overstock! This luggage looks great and the spinners make moving the luggage effortless. Thanks!!
