Allegiant Air has very strict guidelines for dimensions. The dimensions on this bag appear to be within their guidelines (15x16x7). However, the bottom of the bag really doesn't appear to be 7" wide. It's hard to tell without something else to use as a guide. Are the dimensions for the *interior* or do they actually include and wheels/frame?

does "in-line 360 Rolling wheels" mean these are spinner wheels that will allow you to roll sideways as easily as push or pull it? Other bags have " rolling" usually 2 wheels and "in-line" 2 or 4 wheels that go up or back but not sideways. I need to have it actually 'spin' the 360.

Looked at all brands of under seat cabin spinners and this design covered almost ALL my needs. Fair price, Spinner, fits under plane seat, side access pockets, front access for documents and second front access for other packed items, all reachable from tight airline seating. Only need not covered I couldn't get it in Australia so I would't have to wait until my next USA visit to pick it up. The other brands design equivalents were 1: only slightly more costly by TravelSmith and 2: the outrageously expensive was the Tumi Oslo.
