  This is a really cheap bag and not worth paying for! I had high hopes and ordered it for a specific trip...what a let down. Look for something better.

  This item was better than I expected. It's a great product at a very good price. Another reviewer said you can't hang it up and well, that reviewer doesn't seem to have figured it out but YES, you CAN hang it up using the steel hanger and the metal loop at the top of the case. It is a bit small though so if you wear a jacket larger than 42 I would skip this bag. 42 and under, it's perfect!

  The bag looks sturdy, spacious, but we haven't had a chance to use it yet. So far, all as described.

  Bought this Garment Bag for use by my son. On second use the Plastic hook to attach Suits etc snapped with only one suit Jacket one pair of Trousers and a shirt on it. I had purchased the additional 2 year Protection Warranty but was told we could not use this because the Manufacturers Warranty was still in effect as it broke in less than 90 days. Contacted the manufacturer and got a machine and too long a hold time. I would not buy this product again and I am just very glad I purchased it with my American Express. They actually understand the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE.
